Rick Burmeister
Rick Burmeister brings more than 20 years of executive leadership across engineering, product strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale organizational operations to his work as a consultant and Fractional COO at Delk Consulting.
Rick's career spans two marquee organizations. At Stryker, he held progressive leadership roles culminating as Director of Business Development for the NSE and Navigation business units, where he directed the ~$100M Malis product line acquisition, led commercial integration of the Sonopet line, and built 5–10 year portfolio roadmaps driving growth through both organic initiatives and M&A. He holds six U.S. patents in surgical bone milling technology. At Radiant Church, he served as the #2 executive in a 100-person organization — overseeing staff, operations, finance, and strategic initiatives — while delivering 233% revenue growth ($3.6M → $12M), 196% total asset growth, and a $3M campus expansion on time and on budget.
Rick combines rare depth across strategy, operations, financial discipline, and people development — making him a highly effective partner for organizations navigating growth, transition, or complexity.
